The fee-shifting imposed by the Enron court – related to claims brought against Alliance Capital – continues to make news. In today’s edition, the plaintiff’s attorney fights back with a letter that he challenges the paper to print (a bet he happily loses), while the newspaper’s editorial board defends its analysis.
